I got an abortion when I was 25. I’d recently met my now ex and we literally got pregnant the first time we had sex. I’m very attuned to my body and my period so I knew as soon as my period was late. Lol. I called him and told him I was taking a pregnancy test. When the results came through positve I literally hung up called the clinic and booked my appointment there was no if or but about it. I was in 3rd year studying my law degree so fuck them kids! The actual abortion sucked because I’m allergic to codeine and guys paracetamol and ibuprofen does NOTHING. No regrets though. After the ordeal I went on the implant and I’ve continued to be super vigilant about my birth control. We are not popping babies until I am good and ready!
